Corey L. Martin - President & CEO
Corey L. Martin is the President & CEO of MartinFederal Consulting, LLC. and a native of Dadeville, AL - Tallapoosa County . He has over 14 years of extensive experience in the compliance, information assurance, intelligence, and technology communities.

Prior to founding MartinFederal, Mr. Martin served as the Asst. Corporate Privacy Officer and Corporate Enterprise Risk Management Manager for Colonial BancGroup Inc., a $26 billion dollar financial holding company, where he was responsible for complete corporate governance and risk management in the areas of IT Risk Management, Compliance Risk Management, Privacy and Identity Theft, and Regulatory Risk Management.

Prior to his job at Colonial BancGroup, Mr. Martin worked at Preferred Systems Solutions Inc. (PSS) where he served as the Information Assurance (IA) and Information Security Program Manager, responsible for all IA efforts for several high visible DoD projects within the Washington, D.C. area, as well as Charleston, SC, where he also assumed the role of business developer for the southeast region. Before that, Mr. Martin served as Senior Manager of IA and INFOSEC for two other minority 8(a) DoD and federal organizations where he was responsible for implementing CONUS and OCONUS security infrastructures as well as intelligence solutions.

Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, a Masters in Computer Information Sciences, and is currently working on a Doctorate in Information Systems & Technology Management. He holds numerous executive management certifications from institutions such as the Kellogg School of Management & Villanova University. Mr. Martin is Six Sigma certified and is an adjunct college professor for the University of Phoenix (UoP) and the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) Online. He has thirteen years as a senior intelligence specialist with the United States Navy and is an active member of the Naval Intelligence Professional community and the Department of Homeland Security Highway Safety Forum. He remains very active in his hometown community as well as his child hood church organization, Ozias Baptist Church.

Cozia H. Heard - E.V.P & Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Cozia H. Heard is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) & Executive Vice President (EVP) of MartinFederal Consulting, LLC, as well as a native of Dadeville, Alabama, Tallapoosa County. She holds seventeen years of experience in Quality Control.

Mrs. Heard is a twenty plus year recent retiree of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA). She was a Management and Program Analyst for the FSA where she was responsible for ensuring that all guidelines and procedures were followed when administering the many different programs that FSA offers. The aforementioned programs Mrs. Heard governed and audited during her tenure at the FSA were in excess of $11B. Prior to working with the Department of Agriculture, Mrs. Heard worked with the local hospital, Lake Martin Community Hospital, and the bank of Dadeville.

She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Human Resources from Faulkner University, Montgomery, Alabama. She attended Tuskegee Institute (now Tuskegee University) and the Alexander City Junior College (now Central Alabama Community College). Mrs. Heard is an active member of the Ozias Baptist Church, which is her childhood, hometown church of Camp Hill, Alabama.
