Letter from the President & CEO
Another year has come and gone and MartinFederal held on for another extraordinary year. We experienced gradual growth in our Cyber Security and Software Development areas of core competencies. All of our contracts were extended through the various options and we are continuing to achieve the highest praises from our customers. I am grateful to all of you and our customers for the loyalty you have shown in MartinFederal and the professional services we provide in support of National Security.
Within the first quarter of this year, we experienced a 38% increase in gross sales from where we were this time last year. We have proven to the various industries and customers in which we steer our focus that we are a trusted and value added partner they can count on in the support of their goals and missions; key in point, over the course of the 2010, we continuously received accolades in the procurement and delivery of Cisco Systems hardware. Even when our clients had an emergency need that was almost impossible to fulfill, we towed the line and made it happen. It’s this type of “can do” attitude that makes me proud to be at the helm of MartinFederal.
Another milestone that has recently occurred within MartinFedeal is the Teaming Agreement (TA) we were able to put in place with one of the most well renowned Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), Southern University A&M. This TA with Southern University opens up many doors within the Energy sector. Southern University is the largest HBCU in the country and one of their primary focuses, as can be seen by their multi-million dollar Energy Solutions & Research Center, is energy research and renewable energy solutions.
MartinFederal is continuing to rise as can be seen by the above accomplishments. I applaud everyone’s efforts and I say to all – “Onwards and Upwards”.
